I appreciated the quick check-in process. A fan in the room was a lifesaver. I found the facilities decent. Staff allowed a late check-out as a one off , which helped a lot.
The hotel is a bit dated , and some furniture shows wear and tear.

arena access quiet room city center continental breakfast
The hotel's location was great for access to the Utilita Arena! The room assigned to me was very spacious and quiet. I found it easy to walk to the city center. The continental breakfast included a croissant, juice, yogurt, and fruit, perfect for a quick start to the day.
I found that the bedding could benefit from being a little thicker.

helpful staff tidy room limescale buildup faulty remote
The reception staff were very helpful. They were happy to assist with any questions I had. The room was clean and tidy. Housekeeping did a wonderful job ensuring everything was in order.
The shower head did not provide a proper spray. This was likely due to limescale buildup. The TV remote was also not working properly. I suspect the batteries needed replacing.

useful fan breakfast bag parking registration
The room included a fan, I found that really useful. Breakfast consisted of a bag with fruit, juice, and a pastry. I grabbed it each morning. The staff helped me register my license plate for parking!
The shower had low water pressure. It made rinsing difficult.
