Rooms Inn – Hotel near airport in Newcastle upon Tyne

The hotel is located slightly outside of the city center in a nice area. The rooms offer beautiful views and are equipped with well-appointed facilities, though some expected facilities were missing. The staff provided excellent customer service during our stay, although one receptionist was quite unpleasant. The dining experience included American-inspired dishes. Overall, the hotel is in a great location but has room for improvement in service and facilities.
